CodePilotx strives for 99.9% uptime and high-fidelity synchronization. However, we are not liable for incidental damages resulting from localized network failures, unauthorized access due to compromised user credentials, or service interruptions beyond our architectural control.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalyan/Dombivli.
